You can delete your R3 Together account and the personal data we hold at any time. Here’s how to ask, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
No.01
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or use the Contact page) and tell us you'd like your account and data deleted. We verify the request is really you, then process it.
If you signed up with Facebook or Google, the same email request works. You can also remove R3 Together from your Facebook or Google account settings to revoke the connection — but to actually delete the data we hold, email us so we can run the deletion described below.

Your profile, your uploaded photos, and your chat messages are removed. Your login and account record are deleted, so you can no longer sign in.
Your reviews of other members are anonymized rather than removed, so the people you reviewed keep an accurate rolling average — your name is detached from them.

Anonymized review data, as described above.
Audit logs of administrative actions taken on the account (for safety, fraud-prevention, and legal reasons). These no longer identify you beyond what's required to keep that record meaningful.

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.
